You will be glad you did... it is a great way to begin your day or even drink at mid-day for a healthy pick-me-up. They are so easy to use in this box style container and also come in bottles. Highly recommended, no sugar, low carb, high protein.
This exceeded my expectations. It tastes good chilled, much better than other forms of protein supplements.
I have never had a ready mixed protein shake, so I was hesitant about buying it.
Protein powder always tasted too strong & not good after taste.
Although there are some Ok Protein bars, they do mostly have undesirable taste & not good after taste.

Love these drinks 30 grams of protein can’t go wrong. They taste is good the texture is not an issue. I blend mine with ice you can even put coffee in it and that is amazing.
It is like a choc cappuccino.
